**Production Manager**
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising warehouse activities, maintaining fleet operations, and ensuring equipment is fully operational, as well as managing and instructing field technicians. This role acts as the main liaison for operations, focusing on project profitability and compliance with safety and quality benchmarks. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in leadership or operations management, ideally within the restoration or field services sector. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
