This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
