The Human Resources Business Partner I supports business leaders with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program implementation. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
