The Assistant Maintenance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily functions of building systems and equipment. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA 608/CFC certification is essential.
- Proven technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly in a multi-family or facility context.
