This position acts as a vital consultant to site management, ensuring adherence to regulations and successful workforce expansion. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of five years of HR experience. Demonstrated expertise in the mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors is essential, along with a solid understanding of employment regulations and proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
