Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the production of essential products that contribute to quality of life. This position involves managing daily operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and customers to source, manufacture, and deliver vital products.
- Utilize standard maintenance tools and operate various machinery, including forklifts.
- Interpret and work with electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals to ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Monitor and maintain conveyor systems, gear reducers, and bearings for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in machinery operation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other production equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
