The Retirement Plan Consultant offers unbiased advice to both plan sponsors and employees concerning retirement savings options. They facilitate both individual and group presentations aimed at enhancing awareness of the plans and fostering increased participation and deferral rates among employees. A high school diploma or GED is essential, while a Bachelor’s degree is favored. Applicants should hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, in addition to the necessary state insurance licenses.
