Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician for Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing facilities will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the premises. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage between $22 and $28. The role emphasizes the importance of inspections and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of facilities.
- Perform general repairs and upkeep on various systems and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are met within the living environments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
