The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will spearhead the development and management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for a capital-intensive battery materials sector. This position requires collaboration with executive leadership to convert technical and operational strategies into financial models that inform capital allocation and strategic decisions. Applicants should possess over 8 years of advanced experience in FP&A or corporate finance, particularly in capital-intensive sectors such as manufacturing or energy. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering is essential, along with proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques.
