The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for designing, organizing, and facilitating programs that improve the living experience of residents in a residential community. This role includes assisting with special events, managing activity supplies, and overseeing the well-being of residents. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service abilities are essential, as well as the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
