Welcome and escort patients, manage front-desk and administrative tasks, enter clinical information in the ModMed EMR, and prepare treatment rooms. Collect patient histories and records, assist with procedures, sterilize equipment, maintain supplies, and follow confidentiality and safety requirements. Medical or clinical experience is required, along with knowledge of EMR processes and data entry; medical assistant certification is preferred.
