Job Summary
The Practice Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operational management of a medical practice, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves administrative leadership, financial oversight, and compliance with health regulations while optimizing office processes and improving patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice to foster an efficient working environment.
- Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, billing, and collection processes.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Implement policies and procedures that align with best practices in healthcare management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in medical practice management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
- Proficient with healthcare management software and office technology.
