The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and benefits administration. Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary contact between staff and management to address inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources functions.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow.
