**HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist offers practical assistance in areas such as employee relations, payroll, compliance, and recruitment for various locations. This role entails the accurate management of employee records, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with both federal and state labor regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of increasing responsibility within Human Resources, ideally within a regulated healthcare or behavioral health setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paycom and Paychex, as well as a solid understanding of employment law, is essential.
