**Outside Sales Representative**
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting 10 to 15 pre-arranged in-home consultations each week, focusing on residential roofing services. Key responsibilities include effectively managing their sales pipeline, participating in weekly meetings, and working closely with support teams to facilitate successful project execution. Applicants must have access to a dependable vehicle, a current driver’s license, and be available to work a five-day schedule, which includes required Saturdays. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication abilities, be adept in mobile technology usage, and possess a willingness to learn and be coached.
