Job description
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising daily clinical operations and ensuring the provision of safe, high-quality patient care throughout the care continuum. This position entails guiding inter-professional teams, overseeing performance management, and promoting quality and safety initiatives while adhering to regulatory standards. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. A current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Georgia and BLS certification are mandatory.
