Job Summary
The RN Clinician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective operation of nursing services. This position involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive nursing assessments, implement care plans, and monitor patient progress, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care effectively.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
- Facilitate coordination of care across multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to established protocols and quality standards to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current registered nursing license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competence in electronic health record systems.
