Job description
The role of the Licensed Practical Nurse involves assessing and analyzing the clinical conditions of residents, documenting results in electronic medical records, and revising care plans as necessary. This position also requires the administration of medications, oversight of care associates, and the delivery of individualized wellness and specialized nursing care to residents. Applicants must have completed a recognized Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program. A preferred qualification is at least one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care settings.
