**Job Title: Ophthalmic Assistant**
The Ophthalmic Assistant supports ophthalmologists and optometrists by conducting patient intake, performing vision assessments, and aiding in minor surgical interventions. This role also includes the responsibility of ensuring precise medical record keeping and acting as a scribe for clinical notes. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those who have completed a medical assistant program. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the capability to thrive in a dynamic clinical setting, are essential.
