The machine operator is responsible for operating injection molding equipment and inspecting finished plastic parts to ensure they meet quality standards. They must also perform basic assembly, packaging, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of standing for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. While previous manufacturing experience is a plus, it is not required as training is provided.
