Job Summary
The Teller plays a crucial role in conducting financial transactions, which include processing deposits and withdrawals, while ensuring exceptional service for members. In addition to transaction duties, the Teller is also responsible for promoting credit union products and keeping precise daily cash records.
Responsibilities
- Execute financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Deliver outstanding service to credit union members.
- Actively promote and cross-sell various credit union products.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of daily cash totals.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Experience in sales and cash handling is preferred.
