Job Summary
The Business Process Lead is responsible for overseeing the governance frameworks of the PMO, which encompasses the monitoring of milestones and maintaining decision logs for SAP-related workstreams. This role also involves facilitating Hypercare support, conducting data analysis, and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) to ensure the stabilization of systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance frameworks of PMO, ensuring proper milestone tracking.
- Maintain decision logs for SAP workstreams to support effective project management.
- Facilitate and drive Hypercare support initiatives.
- Perform data analytics to enhance insights and decision-making.
- Ensure effective management of RAID to uphold system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
