The Business Process Lead manages PMO governance frameworks, including milestone tracking and decision logs for SAP workstreams. They also drive Hypercare support, perform data analytics, and ensure effective RAID management to maintain system stabilization. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least 5 years of business analysis experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting SAP implementation or upgrade programs is required.
