This position is integral to the Talent Services team within the HR department, aimed at delivering exceptional recruitment support in either New Jersey or Atlanta. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring employees to spend two days in-office and three days working remotely, focusing on enhancing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and selection.
