Job Summary
Greenberg Traurig, LLP is on the lookout for a dynamic Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist Legal Recruiting Expert. This position is integral to the Talent Services team within the HR department, aimed at delivering exceptional recruitment support in either New Jersey or Atlanta. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring employees to spend two days in-office and three days working remotely, focusing on enhancing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the legal sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
