The Maintenance I Technician plays a key role in the maintenance and repair of greenhouse, warehouse, and structural systems, which encompass electrical, plumbing, and mechanical elements. This position requires proactive management of maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all facilities function effectively and safely. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in greenhouse maintenance and at least 1 year in general construction. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
