The Medication Technician is responsible for the safe administration, documentation, and management of client medications under the supervision of nursing staff. They also perform health monitoring, collect specimens, and maintain medication inventory while ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program completion or current EMT/Paramedic certification. At least two years of previous medication aide experience and a background in behavioral health or substance use treatment are preferred.
