**Medication Technician**
The Medication Technician delivers essential support to residents by helping with medication administration and facilitating daily living tasks in alignment with individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include overseeing medication supplies, ensuring precise documentation, and offering emotional reassurance to promote resident wellness. Applicants are required to possess a High School Diploma and a valid state medication administration license, such as CNA, CMA, CMT, or QMAP. Furthermore, a minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience, along with up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications, is necessary.
