Job Summary
The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the provision of services to clients within the agency. This role involves ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements while focusing on delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care services to agency clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

- Conduct home visits to assess and evaluate client needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in home care or a related industry.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
