**Hospice RN**
The Hospice RN acts as the main liaison for patients and their families, providing tailored nursing care and effective symptom management in both home and facility environments. This role involves working closely with a diverse healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans while also offering emotional and spiritual guidance to patients and their families. Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse license and possess a minimum of one year of experience in areas such as acute care, oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health. Furthermore, a current nursing license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with appropriate automobile insurance are mandatory.
