Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordinated care among healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills critical for patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with high-stress situations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
