The Field Service Technician role at IEM in Portland, OR, encompasses various levels (1, 2, or 3) aimed at delivering exceptional electrical service solutions. Technicians are tasked with ensuring high-quality field service support, including the installation and maintenance of electrical products. The position requires collaboration with Technical Project Managers and interaction with manufacturing facilities to address product-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Performing installations of electrical products in the field.
- Collaborating with Technical Project Managers to remedy product-related challenges.
- Assisting in identifying and sourcing replacement parts.
- Providing expert field services in alignment with company standards.
