Job description
The consultant will be responsible for overseeing and addressing support tickets related to NetSuite and Coupa, as well as diagnosing and resolving integration challenges between the two systems. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders in finance and procurement to enhance workflows, implement system improvements, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Applicants should have 8-10 years of practical experience in the implementation and support of NetSuite and Coupa. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Computer Science or Supply Chain Management, is essential, as is a strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
