The BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the production of civil information modeling, along with developing policies and standards to promote cohesive integration throughout the organization. This role serves as a key escalation resource for intricate technical challenges and works closely with project teams to apply automation and best practices effectively. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar discipline, paired with a minimum of 7 years of experience in transportation initiatives using Autodesk Civil 3D. A solid understanding of BIM/CIM standards, model configuration, and interdisciplinary coordination is essential.
