Job Summary
The Structural Lead is responsible for directing the complete design process for a variety of building initiatives, guiding them from the early stages of framing plans through to construction administration. This role emphasizes leadership and mentorship of team members while also requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for marketing proposals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive design process for diverse building projects.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff and engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Assist in the development and preparation of marketing proposals.
- Facilitate construction administration and quality assurance during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Expertise in structural design software and familiarity with building codes.
- Strong skills in construction documentation.
