**Certified Nursing Assistant**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in supporting the nursing team by delivering direct patient care, which encompasses assistance with daily living activities and clinical tasks. Key responsibilities include observing and recording vital signs, ensuring a clean and safe patient environment, and accurately documenting patient details. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a valid CNA certification for the state in which they practice. Ideally, candidates will have at least six months of experience in either an acute care or long-term care setting, and BCLS certification is also required.
