This position requires managing departmental budgets, supervising preventive maintenance strategies, and developing teams to provide an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years of experience in facilities or property management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a multifaceted environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with robust technical expertise in building systems and compliance with safety regulations.
