The Client Service Leader will deliver strategic guidance to clients while motivating and leading a team dedicated to service excellence, ensuring efficient operations. This role entails managing client relationships, supervising financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within captive insurance frameworks. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in captive management, as well as a strong background in insurance accounting and the analysis of financial statements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential, and candidates holding professional accounting credentials such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or ACA will be especially favored.
