**Job Title: Production Associate**
Production associates play a key role in the manufacturing process by engaging in the production, finishing, packing, and quality inspection of products while utilizing machinery. Additionally, they are involved in ongoing improvement initiatives and receive cross-training in different operational functions. Applicants should be capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs and have basic mathematical skills, along with proficiency in English communication. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, as well as prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
