Job Summary
The Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing daily site operations, focusing on key areas such as safety, quality, supply chain management, and production effectiveness. This role is essential for fostering continuous improvement within operational processes, maintaining budgetary compliance, and cultivating a strong leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administer budget management and financial planning activities.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of managers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Eligibility to work in compliance with ITAR, EAR, and NRC regulations.
