This position focuses on enhancing processing workflows through the use of technology while delivering exceptional customer service to achieve production targets. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in the secondary mortgage loan processing market, with expertise in various loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, along with strong proficiency in Encompass LOS and the ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work setting.
