Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Corning is a pivotal role designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering talent development within the organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Coordinate with team members to refine the talent acquisition strategy.
- Support the development of employee training and learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, or approximately two years of experience in a similar recruiting role.
