**Maintenance Coordinator**
The Maintenance Coordinator oversees the organization of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, work order management, and the maintenance of technical documentation to promote safe and efficient operations within the facility. This role includes assisting with troubleshooting activities, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime. Applicants should possess an associate degree in a technical discipline or have relevant industrial experience, along with 3-5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with CMMS systems and an understanding of OSHA and PSM safety regulations are essential.
