Deliver clinical nutrition services to residents within skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings, encompassing comprehensive assessments and care planning. Engage proactively in interdisciplinary team discussions and oversee nutritional requirements associated with wound management, renal conditions, and enteral feeding. Applicants are required to possess a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential along with a current Texas Dietitian License. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a nutrition-related discipline is essential.
