Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Washington, Virginia. This position necessitates an onsite presence and involves addressing complex enterprise support challenges. As a Tier 2 Network Administrator, you will engage in independent engineering tasks, maintain network operations, and provide assistance with various technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Address enterprise-level support problems requiring advanced technical skills.
- Conduct independent engineering and maintenance of network systems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal network performance.
- Provide solutions to technical issues encountered within the network infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network administration or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may substitute for some experience.
- Proficient in engineering, maintenance, and support of network systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT challenges.
