The Maintenance Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations within a facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery operate efficiently, minimizing downtime, and upholding safety protocols. The individual in this role will coordinate maintenance activities and lead a team of technicians to achieve maintenance goals effectively.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
