Job description
The Registered Nurse will perform thorough patient evaluations and create tailored care plans to address the needs of hospice patients. This role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and involves delivering direct nursing assistance to both patients and their families. Applicants should possess a valid state nursing license and CPR certification. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in hospice care.
