Responsibilities
- Provide support in the operating room by preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist during surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and nursing staff.
- Ensure a sterile field is maintained throughout surgical interventions.
- Pre- and post-operative preparation of patients and surgical rooms.
- Document all relevant procedures and protocols as required.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Experience working in pediatric surgery is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instruments.
