Job Summary
Premier Medical Staffing Services is on the lookout for a dedicated travel Pediatric Surgical Technologist to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position requires expertise in surgical assistance, particularly in the pediatric field, and offers a competitive weekly compensation of $2,176.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the operating room by preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist during surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and nursing staff.
- Ensure a sterile field is maintained throughout surgical interventions.
- Pre- and post-operative preparation of patients and surgical rooms.
- Document all relevant procedures and protocols as required.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Experience working in pediatric surgery is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instruments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
