This position entails representing the organization at various events, overseeing lead pipelines, and monitoring recruitment metrics through CRM software. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in church engagement, sales, or recruitment. A strong command of CRM systems and the willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated Texas region are essential for this role.
